    1.15 +They stood next to the time rotor, feeling very vibration, hearing
    1.16 +it's constant hum. 'Where are we going this time Doctor?' the blonde
    1.17 +haired young woman asked the slightly taller brown haired man. The
    1.18 +Doctor grinned at her. 'Farther than even before Rose!' he replied,
    1.19 +pressing various buttons on the centre console. The TARDIS shook
    1.20 +roughly. The main display turned to static for a moment before coming
    1.21 +to life with a high pitched beeping sound. 'What?' The Doctor asked,
    1.22 +aloud. Grabbing his Mallet, he hit part of the console hard, causing
    1.23 +his ship to shake again and again. He hit the console again, harder
    1.24 +this time. 'What's wrong Doctor?' Rose asked, almost loosing her
    1.25 +footing. 'Just a small problem!' the Doctor replied, 'Easily sorted!'
    1.26 +He dropped the mallet and started pressing the various buttons and
    1.27 +flicking the various switches. 'A small problem?' Rose asked,
    1.28 +unconvinced, 'Remember the last small problem? We were stuck on a
    1.29 +desert planet for 3 weeks before you fixed the TARDIS!' The Doctor
    1.30 +snorted. 'I can't remember you complaining Rose Tyler!' The TARDIS
    1.31 +gave one last lurch before everything went black for The Doctor and
    1.32 +Rose.

    1.34 +'Tomoyo-chan..' an auburn haired girl said, blushing brightly. 'Hai
    1.35 +Sakura-chan?'' Tomoyo replied, hugging her friend tighter. 'What
    1.36 +happened to letting them know softly?' Sakura asked. Their friends
    1.37 +had almost fainted when the found out she was dating Tomoyo, but
    1.38 +admitted that they had suspected something was going on between their
    1.39 +2 friends. Tomoyo was just about to reply when her long dark hair was
    1.40 +suddenly whipped up by a gust of wind. Slowly an outline of something
    1.41 +appeared around them, accompanied by a loud whooshing sound. Slowly a
    1.42 +big blue English Police box appeared around them. Gasping Sakura and
    1.43 +Tomoyo marvelled at the sight that had suddenly appeared around them.
    1.44 +'Where are we?' Tomoyo asked. 'I don't know Tomoyo-chan?' Sakura
    1.45 +replied. They looked around before noticing an unfamiliar man and
    1.46 +woman, out cold near the centre of the room. Suddenly the man sat up
    1.47 +straight and looked around. 'What happened?' he asked himself. 'Who
    1.48 +are you?' he asked, upon seeing Sakura and Tomoyo.
    1.49 +'Sakura Kinomoto!'
    1.50 +'Tomoyo Daidouji!' The girl groaned and sat up, holding her head.
    1.51 +'Are you ok Rose?' the man asked. 'Yes Doctor!' Rose replied. 'Who
    1.52 +are you?' Sakura asked. 'I'm The Doctor and this is Rose Tyler!' the
    1.53 +man replied, helping Rose to her feet. 'The Doctor?' Tomoyo asked,
    1.54 +almost a whisper. 'Yes!' The Doctor replied. 'I've heard of you! But
    1.55 +you look different!' Tomoyo said. 'Different?' The Doctor repeated,
    1.56 +'I suppose so!'
    1.57 +'You are different! The man I heard of had curly blonde hair and
    1.58 +wore a multi coloured patch work coat!' Tomoyo said. The Doctor
    1.59 +smiled slightly. 'That was me! My sixth incarnation!' he said. 'And
    1.60 +you are?' Sakura asked. 'The tenth!' The Doctor replied. Suddenly the
    1.61 +time rotor came to life, moving with a soft whooshing sound. The
    1.62 +Doctor looked surprised. 'Did you touch anything Rose?' he asked.
    1.63 +Rose shook her head, equally surprised. 'I though that the TARDIS
    1.64 +couldn't fly with out you at the controls!' she said. 'Something must
    1.65 +be attracting it!' the Doctor said, now pushing the buttons in the
    1.66 +centre console, trying to stop his ship. 'Where were we anyway?' Rose
    1.67 +asked. 'Early 21st century Japan!' The Doctor said, not taking his
    1.68 +eyes off the console. The TARDIS shook slightly, before the time
    1.69 +rotor slowly came to a stop. Suddenly two more girls, one with short
    1.70 +dark hair and her friend, slightly shorter with shocking pink hair
    1.71 +slowly appeared near the doors. The first girl looked more masculin
    1.72 +then her pink haired friend. 'Where are we?' the pink haired girl
    1.73 +asked. 'We're in the TARDIS Mako-chan!' the slightly taller girl
    1.74 +replied, as her friend hugged her arm. 'Hello?' the Doctor said,
    1.75 +'How'd you know where you are?' Sakura pointed to Miki and leaned
    1.76 +closer to Tomoyo. 'Wasn't she the one who bumped into us earlier?'
    1.77 +she asked. Tomoyo nodded, 'Strange!'
    1.78 +'My grandpa told me about this! And I've been in it!' the first girl
    1.79 +said. 'Miki-chan.. lets go!' Mako-chan said. 'Don't worry Makoto!'
    1.80 +Miki said, smiling slightly, 'They're not gonna hurt us!' Makoto
    1.81 +slowly let Miki's arm go. 'Miki?' The Doctor repeated, 'Miki
    1.82 +Daidouji?'
    1.83 +'Hai?' Miki replied, her eyes meeting the Doctors. 'Have we met?'
    1.84 +she asked. 'Yes!' The Doctor said, smiling brightly, 'We met when you
    1.85 +were this tall!' he levelled his left hand a few inches below his
    1.86 +waist. 'Wow! You've grown!' Sudden recognition came over the tall
    1.87 +dark haired girl. 'Doctor?' she asked. The Doctor nodded. 'How are
    1.88 +you?' the girl asked, as if she was talking to an old friend. 'So
    1.89 +so!' he replied, 'I'm still getting used to this latest regeneraton!'
    1.90 +'Still?' Miki asked, 'It's been more then 10 years!' Rose, Sakura,
    1.91 +Tomoyo and Makoto looked at each other very confused. 'For you maybe!
    1.92 +But it's only been a few weeks for me!' The Doctor said. 'Still not
    1.93 +ginger I take it?' Miki asked. The Doctor smiled and shook his head.
    1.94 +Miki smiled before she saw Sakura and Tomoyo. 'Grandma? Grandpa?' she
    1.95 +asked, before hugging the younger girls tightly. She backed away to
    1.96 +find the younger girls looking at her, in a state of utter confusion.
    1.97 +'Didn't tell them did you?' Miki asked. 'No! We landed right on top
    1.98 +of them!' The Doctor replied. 'Like you did with me and Mako-chan?'
    1.99 +Miki asked. The Doctor nodded. 'Told us what?' Sakura asked. 'Sakura
   1.100 +Kinomoto, Tomoyo Daidouji meet Miki and Makoto Daidouji!' The Doctor
   1.101 +said. 'Our grandchildren?' Tomoyo asked. The Doctor shook his head.
   1.102 +'Miki's your granddaughter and Makoto is her wife!'
   1.103 +'Her wife?' Sakura asked, unsure if she'd heard right. 'Yep! It was
   1.104 +kind of a shotgun wedding!' Miki said, hugging the pink haired girl
   1.105 +while smiling happily. 'As I remember it, Miki-chan, we were drunk!'
   1.106 +Makoto said. 'We were after we got married!' Miki countered. Before
   1.107 +anything else could be said the time rotor whooshed into life again,
   1.108 +filling the room with a soft green light and soft whooshing sound.
   1.109 +'Again?' The Doctor asked. He moved to the console again and started
   1.110 +hitting every button he could. 'What's happening Doctor?' Miki asked,
   1.111 +stepping to his side. 'We're moving again!' Quickly The Doctor
   1.112 +started pushing buttons again. 'Push that button!' he told Miki,
   1.113 +pointing to a specific button. Quickly doing as instructed the TARDIS
   1.114 +surged and threw everyone from their feet. Makoto and Tomoyo fell on
   1.115 +to their respective partners, while The Doctor and Rose fell against
   1.116 +the centre console. 'Now where are we?' Rose asked, standing up. 'I'm
   1.117 +not sure!' The Doctor replied, 'But we were just in Japan again.. mid
   1.118 +21st century!'
   1.119 +'Are you ok?' Tomoyo and Makoto asked, rolling off Sakura and Miki.
   1.120 +'Hai! Just a bump on the head!' Sakura and Miki replied. 'What's
   1.121 +going on Doctor?' Miki asked as she stood up. 'I have no idea! The
   1.122 +only thing that can affect a TARDIS like this is a Stattenheim remote
   1.123 +control!' The Doctor said, 'But they were all destroyed when
   1.124 +Gallifrey was destroyed.'
   1.125 +'Maybe I can help you there!' a voice said from behind them. They
   1.126 +turned to see a a young woman with short ginger curly hair wearing a
   1.127 +multi coloured patch work coat with a small white cat badge on the
   1.128 +lapel, with yellow pants, a multi coloured waist coat and a shirt
   1.129 +with question marks on the collar, standing in the open door. 'Who
   1.130 +are you?' The Doctor asked. 'Don't you know?' the woman asked. 'You
   1.131 +look familiar but I can't say from where!' The Doctor said. 'Sensei?'
   1.132 +Miki asked. 'Hi Miki-chan!' the woman said, smiling slightly. The
   1.133 +woman grabbed the Doctor hands and rested them on her chest. '2
   1.134 +hearts?' The Doctor whispered. 'You're a Time Lord!'
   1.135 +'What's going on?' Rose asked. 'She's one of me!' The Doctor said.
   1.136 +'Huh?'
   1.137 +'You're just confusing the poor girl!' the woman said. She sighed,
   1.138 +having a feeling of Deja-vu. 'Rose.. I can call you Rose can't I?'
   1.139 +She asked. Rose nodded. 'I'll try and explain.. He's one of me!' she
   1.140 +said. 'You're a Time Lord?' Rose asked. 'Not just any Time Lord! The
   1.141 +same Time Lord!' The Doctor said. Everyone gasped. The Female Doctor
   1.142 +looked around before coming to a stop, looking at Miki. 'Miki it's ok
   1.143 +to cry if you want to!' The female Doctor said, 'You don't have to
   1.144 +act so manly all the time!' Makoto looked at Miki, instantly she knew
   1.145 +something was bothering her wife. 'Miki-chan?' Makoto asked. 'H...
   1.146 +Hai?'
   1.147 +'What's wrong?' Miki almost whimpered. 'Grandma!' The Doctors and
   1.148 +Makoto looked at Tomoyo. Miki sniffled before slowly starting to cry.

   1.152 +Slowly the girl opened her eyes 'Morning Grandma!' she said softly.
   1.153 +'Morning Miki-chan!' the elderly woman said, as the young girl hugged
   1.154 +her. 'You stayed here all night?' Miki asked. Tomoyo nodded,
   1.155 +remembering the time her mother did the same with her years before.
   1.156 +Slowly and unsteadily, Miki stood up and kissed Tomoyo on the cheek,
   1.157 +before getting off the couch and running into the kitchen. 5 minutes
   1.158 +later she slowly walked back to the couch, Sakura behind her with a
   1.159 +mark on her cheek and some of her greying hair standing on end.
   1.160 +'Sorry grandpa!' Miki whispered. 'It's ok Miki-chan.. you don't know
   1.161 +how to stop doing that yet!' Sakura said, wipping the mark away.
   1.162 +'What happened?' a voice asked. 'I didn't mean to do it Kumiko-mama!
   1.163 +I was just surprised!' Miki said quickly. Kumiko sighed softly. 'Are
   1.164 +you excited to start school soon Miki?' Sakura asked. Miki nodded and
   1.165 +smiled. 'I've already got my uniform!' the girl said happily.

   1.167 +THE NEXT WEEK

   1.169 +Miki sat in class not noticing her teacher approch her, 'Daidoiji-
   1.170 +san.. could you go to the pricipals office?' the teacher asked.
   1.171 +'Hai!' Miki replied, very confused. Slowly he got up and left the
   1.172 +classroom. Making her way to the principals office, she wondered what
   1.173 +she'd done. She'd not been in any fights lately. 'You're expected!'
   1.174 +the receptionist said. As soon as she entered the office she knew
   1.175 +something was wrong when she saw her grandpa, mother and aunt.
   1.176 +'What's wrong Kumiko-mama?' Miki asked. 'Um.. It's Tomoyo-mama..'
   1.177 +Kumiko said, her voice failing her. 'No!' Miki said, shaking her
   1.178 +head. 'She can't be!'
   1.179 +'Miki!' Sakura started before Miki ran out of the room. She just
   1.180 +ran, not caring where she was going. 'She can't be gone!' she
   1.181 +thought. Coming to a stop, she found herself in the girls room.
   1.182 +Crying heavily, she rested against a closed door. Sliding to the
   1.183 +floor, she hugged her legs tightly. 'She can't be gone!' the pale
   1.184 +girl thought. Suddenly the door opened, causing Miki to fall back
   1.185 +onto the legs of a shorter shocking pink haired girl. 'What's wrong?'
   1.186 +the girl asked. 'My grandma's gone!' Miki whispered. The girl smiled
   1.187 +slightly, hugging Miki. 'You'll be ok!' she whispered. 'How?'
   1.188 +'My grandpa died last year!' The girl said, as Miki winced at her
   1.189 +choice of words, 'I know how you feel!' Miki sniffled and rubbed her
   1.190 +eyes. 'I'm Miki!' The girl smiled. 'I'm Makoto!' the girl replied,
   1.191 +helping Miki to her feet.
   1.192 +'Thanks Mako-chan!' Miki said, as they walked back to the pincipals
   1.193 +office. As they entered, Miki was sure she was going to be scolded.
   1.194 +'I'm sorry!' she said. She waited, and nothing came. No harsh words
   1.195 +or anything similar. Looking up, she saw Sakura, Kumiko and Nadeshiko
   1.196 +standing in front of her, also waiting. 'Don't worry about it Miki-
   1.197 +chan!' Sakura said, speaking up. Miki sniffled again and hugged her
   1.198 +grandpa tightly. Then and there Miki made a silent vow never to cry
   1.199 +again.

   1.201 +YEARS LATER

   1.203 +'What are you wearing Miki-chan?' a dark haired woman asked. 'My
   1.204 +school clothes Hikaru-papa!' Miki replied. Minutes later she walked
   1.205 +into the living room showing off her new clothes. 'You look like a
   1.206 +boy!' Kumiko said, 'except your hair!' Miki grinned slightly. 'No!'
   1.207 +Hikaru said, knowing what her daughter was going to do. 'But Hikaru-
   1.208 +papa...'
   1.209 +'I said no Miki-chan!' Hikaru said. Muttering something, Miki
   1.210 +quickly changed and left the house to make a vist to Makoto. 'Hi Miki-
   1.211 +chan!' Makoto said, upon seeing her friend approach her home. 'Mako-
   1.212 +chan.. could you cut my hair please?' Miki asked. 'Sure!' Makoto
   1.213 +said. It wasn't an uncommom event for the girls to cut each others
   1.214 +hair. 'Same as usual right?' the pink haired girl asked. Miki shook
   1.215 +her head. 'Shorter!' Makoto looked at her confused. 'How much
   1.216 +shorter?' she asked. Miki smiled before picking up a pair of sizzors
   1.217 +and cutting her long dark hair above her shoulders. 'Shorter?' Makoto
   1.218 +asked. 'Hai!' Miki replied. Slowly Makoto cut Miki's hair ever
   1.219 +shorter. Slowly Makoto backed away. 'How do I look Mako-chan?' Miki
   1.220 +asked. 'Like a boy Miki-chan!' Makoto replied, 'If I didn't know
   1.221 +better I'd swear you were a boy!' Miki smiled slightly. 'Good!' she
   1.222 +said.

   1.226 +Miki and Makoto slowly approached their new school. Kumiko and
   1.227 +Hikaru had expressed their dissapointment in Miki for having her hair
   1.228 +cut when they told her no.'I still think you look like a boy Miki-
   1.229 +chan!' Makoto whispered. Miki smiled. Her new hair cut was having the
   1.230 +intended effect. 'Mako-chan... Miki-chan wait up!' a voice from
   1.231 +behind them called. Slowly they turned around. The girl who had
   1.232 +called out blushed. 'I'm so sorry!' she said, 'I thought you were
   1.233 +someone else!' Makoto blushed slightly as the girl leaned closer. 'I
   1.234 +didn't know you had a boy friend Mako-chan!' Miki took that as her
   1.235 +sign and lightly kissed a surprised Makoto. Leaning away, she smiled
   1.236 +at the expresion on her friends face, embrassment mixed with
   1.237 +happinerss. 'Hi Rei-chan!' Miki said. Rei looked at her, very
   1.238 +confused. Leaning closer the girl gasped. 'Miki-chan?' Rei asked, 'I
   1.239 +didn't know you were a boy!'
   1.240 +'I'm not!' Miki said. 'I just dress like one!' Rei looked
   1.241 +unconviced. 'Prove it!' she said, as her twin slowly walked up. 'Hi
   1.242 +Mako-chan.. Miki-chan!'
   1.243 +'Hi Hil-chan!' Miki replied. 'Hillary.. you knew?' Rei whined. Miki,
   1.244 +Makoto and Hillary smiled slightly before slowly walking into the
   1.245 +school.

   1.249 +Slowly her tears came to a stop and Miki wiped her eyes. 'Sorry
   1.250 +about that!' Miki said. Tomoyo smiled softly. 'It's ok Miki-chan!'
   1.251 +Tomoyo said. Makoto hugged the slightly taller girl, knowing how long
   1.252 +it had been since she'd last cried. The TARDIS shuddered. 'We've
   1.253 +landed again!' The female Doctor muttered. They'd been so focused in
   1.254 +listening to Miki that they'd not heard the time rotor whoosh into
   1.255 +life. Slowly they moved to the door, not even seein a small pink
   1.256 +haired girl emerge from behind the time rotor. 'Mama...' she
   1.257 +whispered as the doors closed. Quickly she opened the door and ran
   1.258 +behind the TARDIS, still being able to see everything, but unable to
   1.259 +hear what was being said. The girl gasped as the much taller alien
   1.260 +lifted his whip and aimed it at Makoto. 'No...' the girl whispered,
   1.261 +tears stinging her eyes. In a flash, Makoto was gone. 'NO!' Miki
   1.262 +screamed, staring at the empty space where Makoto had stood. Slowly
   1.263 +she reached into her bag and pulled out a pink card. 'Please take me
   1.264 +back!' The girl whispered. Sakura turned around in time to see the
   1.265 +girl before time reversed itself. The alien raised his whip again and
   1.266 +aimed at Makoto. Before it made contact with the pink haired girl, it
   1.267 +was deflected by an invisable bubble, surprising everyone. Everone
   1.268 +except Sakura, Tomoyo and Miki. Turning Sakura ran behind the TARDIS
   1.269 +to see the girl prop herself against it. 'Please stay away!' the girl
   1.270 +whispered, holding another card. Sakura smiled at took hold of the
   1.271 +card. 'Shield!' she whispered. The invisable bubble surrounding
   1.272 +Makoto expanded until it fit around the TARDIS. 'It must have been
   1.273 +Time!' Sakura thought, 'But she's so young!' The girl looked at her
   1.274 +in disbelief. 'How? Only Grandma, her sister, papa and auntie can use
   1.275 +it?' the girl asked. Sakura smiled softly. 'What about your great-
   1.276 +grandpa?' she asked. 'Her too!' the girl admitted. 'Hi!' The girl
   1.277 +hugged her tightly. 'I'm Tomoko!' she said. Sakura was really
   1.278 +surprised. She'd met her granddaughter and great-granddaughter in the
   1.279 +same day. Tomoko smiled slightly. 'Papa really misses you and great-
   1.280 +grandma!' Tomoko blurted out. 'But I think I'd better get home before
   1.281 +I get in trouble!' Sakura nodded numbly as the girl quickly ran into
   1.282 +the Police box, taking the cards with her. 'Quickly... inside the
   1.283 +TARDIS!' The Doctor said. The alien watched on as they ran into a
   1.284 +small box and dissapeared. The first stop was Tomoko and the female
   1.285 +Doctor. The young girl was hidden from everyone, except Sakura, to
   1.286 +whom she gave a small wave. 'Remember.. the universe is big enough
   1.287 +for all of us.. maybe!' The female Doctor said, closing the TARDIS
   1.288 +door. The Doctor grunted. The next stop was Miki and Makoto. 'Bye
   1.289 +grandpa, grandma!' Miki said. 'See you soon Miki-chan!' Tomoyo said,
   1.290 +as the taller girl pulled her and Sakura into a tight bear hug.
   1.291 +Makoto slowly pulled her away. 'It was nice to meet you Tomoyo-san!'
   1.292 +she said, bowing polietly. 'It was nice to see you again Sakura-san!'
   1.293 +Slowly they left, and the time rotor whooshed into life, going for
   1.294 +one final stop. 'Good bye Doctor!' Sakura said bowing. 'Good bye
   1.295 +Rose!' Tomoyo said also bowing. Exiting the TARDIS they hugged as it
   1.296 +slowly vanished with a soft whooshing sound. Sakura smiled slightly.
   1.297 +Slowly they walked away. 'Oh no!' Tomoyo said suddenly. 'What is it
   1.298 +Tomoyo-chan?' Sakura asked. 'I forgot to take my camera with me!' the
   1.299 +pale girl said, utter horror on her face, 'I don't have a video of
   1.300 +Sakura-chan's adventures in time!' Sakura smiled slightly, kissing
   1.301 +her girlfriends cheek. Suddenly a soft whoosing sound appeared and a
   1.302 +small video appeared in Sakura's hand. 'I think this is for you from
   1.303 +The Doctor!' Sakura said, handing it to Tomoyo. The pale girl smiled.
   1.304 +Slowly the started walking again, being very wery to not run into big
   1.305 +blue English Police Boxes.
