4 This whitetail buck was painted concurrently with the previous deer. I would have loved to have deer in my freezer this year, but it wasn't meant to be, so now I have some in my gallery. This is "the one that got away". (Fyi, The last day of hunting, I saw several deer a mile out on another property, but they were too far away and it was thirty minutes before dark.)
